TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a Support Technician to handle incoming customer support calls, guide users through troubleshooting, and assist with achieving software goals. You will collaborate with managers and peers to share fixes and expand knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service.
• At least 1 year in a call-center environment.
• Familiarity with networking.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• A+, Network+, Security+ certifications preferred.
• MCSE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
• Maintain ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Interact with store employees and managers by phone to resolve reported issues.
• Provide support to service technicians and collaborate to resolve problems.
• Continually expand the types of issues you can resolve unassisted.
• Respond to calls promptly per SLAs.
• Provide service, support, installation, and training to customers.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
