Job summary

Akaasa Technologies in Austin, TX seeks staff to support a computer/docking station refresh project, performing imaging, computer replacement, and data migration under agency guidance.

You'll be part of a team with an SME and project manager coordinating tasks; Windows 11 experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of personal computers, components, printers, and microcomputer terms.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional environment.
• Experience with WordPerfect and MS Office; familiarity with Windows OS.
• Provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware.
• Documents and assists in service records; ensures security controls over software.
• Ability to lift and relocate up to 30 lbs.
• May assist in data access/transfers to local, state, or federal databases.
• Knowledge of computer operations, information systems, and information security policies.
