Easterseals NH is hiring Support Staff for Camp Sno-Mo in Camp Gilmanton Hidden Valley, NH. You will perform cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and floor care to ensure camper-ready spaces and a positive guest experience.

The role is full-time for the 2027 camp season, with a compensation of $3,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, PTO, holidays, 403(b) match, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs. NH Veteran-Friendly and recovery-friendly workplace.

Responsabilidades

Support Staff perform a broad range of cleaning, housekeeping and support duties for Camp Sno-Mo in order to provide clean, safe, and hospitable environment for campers, counselors, visitors, and other critical stakeholders.**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED* Minimum of one (1) year previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control procedures preferred* Familiarity with health and safety regulations preferred* Ability to work independently while adhering to policies and procedures* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Must be able to work split shifts (intermittent work throughout the day and evening with breaks between assigned shifts)* First Aid/CPR certification or ability to become certified* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred**Essential Responsibilities:*** Perform cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and floor care services throughout assigned areas to ensure camper-ready conditions and positive customer experiences.* Clean and service hallways, common areas, and rooms on a regular cadence to meet program standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning / restocking dishes and cookware.* Complete laundry operations tasks, including but not limited to, washing, drying, folding, sorting linens, delivery and stocking of linens in assigned campers and spaces.* Meet program standards for guest room, community space, front lobby, and other assigned areas to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments.* Inform Camp Administration of inventory of necessary cleaning supplies, linens and personal care items, etc. Partner with Camp Admin for ordering needs.* Maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with state licensing and operating standards.* Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.* Follow all program/department, safety, sanitation, and equipment rules or policies.* Report any safety and maintenance concerns to Camp Admin.* Report any cross-contamination issues to Camp Admin to initiate corrective measures.* Communicate and collaborate with Camp Admin and Counselors to ensure efficient operations.* Be respectful of coworkers and campers while maintaining a positive attitude.**Hours:** Monday-Friday**Compensation:** $3,000 for the 2027 camp seasonWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability* PTO begins accruing on your first day!* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
