Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration
• Support with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
• Accompany clients to daily activities, appointments, and community events
• Follow each individual's care plan
• Staff training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
• Complete required daily documentation
• Other duties as needed or assigned

Schedule: 30 hours/week Thursday 7a-3p Friday 7a-3p Saturday 7a-9p Compensation: $24 hourly Location: Hooksett, NH

About the home

This is a home in the Hooksett area supporting 3 adult men.

Responsibilities

• The Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
• Follow each individuals care plan
• All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
• Complete required daily documentation
• Other duties as needed or assigned
