The Receptionist will greet all visitors and process inquiries on the phone and face-to-face. Provide overall office support.**Qualifications:*** High School education* Two (2) years of business college or equivalent education and secretarial experience preferred* Knowledge of office methods, practices and operation of standard office equipment* Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing, typing, verbal and organizational skills preferred* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation**Essential Responsibilities:*** Greet and announce visitors.* Triage incoming phone calls and direct inquires to the appropriate department, team member or resource.* Open all incoming mail and other correspondence and distribute to departments/programs.* Postmark all outgoing mail for departments/programs.* Assist Development/Communications with printing jobs.* Quality control check scanned Accounts Payable entries.* Notify employees of deliveries.* Assist other departments with extra mailings, preparing items for fundraisers, etc.**Hours:** Monday - Friday afternoon shift (estimated 1:00pm-5:00pm)**Compensation:** $17 an hourWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability* PTO begins accruing on your first day!* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
