Easterseals NH & VT is hiring a part-time Receptionist in Manchester, NH. You will greet all visitors and handle inquiries in person and by phone, while providing general office support.

This role supports multiple departments and helps manage mail, printing, and supplies, with an emphasis on friendly, professional service. The position features an afternoon schedule, $17 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, PTO, holidays, a 403(b) match, tuition

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Two years of business college or secretarial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office methods and operation of standard office equipment.
• Proficiency in word processing, typing, verbal and organizational skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and announce visitors.
• Triage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Open all incoming mail and distribute to departments/programs.
• Postmark all outgoing mail for departments/programs.
• Assist Development/Communications with printing jobs.
• Quality control check scanned Accounts Payable entries.
• Notify employees of deliveries.
• Assist other departments with extra mailings, preparing items for fundraisers.
