Deltek, Inc. in Herndon, VA seeks an Associate Support Services Analyst to be the first point of contact for customers. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolve issues within SLA, and document interactions accurately.

You will assist customers with product questions, provide step-by-step guidance, and work in a 24/7 support environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in software application or infrastructure support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in software application support and/or infrastructure support.
• Basic understanding of Web technology, networking & hardware, and software applications.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work individually or in a team.
