The South Dakota Board of Regents IT Support Desk is growing to serve Brookings Main Campus, providing advanced computer support to keep labs, classrooms, and facilities functioning smoothly. The role emphasizes learning and growing technical skills while serving a diverse user base. Authorized work in the U.S.
is required; sponsorship is not available. Typical hours are 8 to 5, Monday–Friday, with travel to remote locations as needed.
The South Dakota State University (SDState) IT Support Desk is growing, and we need a position to provide service to the Brookings Main Campus primarily. Job Responsibilities: Provide advanced computer support activities and support projects to ensure clients computers are functional and performing efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to, computer labs, equipment, classrooms, simulation rooms etc. This position primarily supports Brookings locations with remote and in person support to other locations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Skill & Ability to: Diagnose and resolve workstation, laptop and network problems.
Required License: Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
