Job summary

Five Below in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a store leader to manage day-to-day operations, oversee associates, and deliver a WOW customer experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, coaching staff, driving sales, and coordinating with the store leadership team to ensure outstanding service.

Requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of management experience; starting pay is $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep items on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness duties.
