Job summary

Five Below, Inc. in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a part-time Support Lead to ensure top-tier customer experience and lead store associates. You will train crew on the BEST customer service, manage daily store operations, and support stock receiving and merchandising to keep the floor stocked and inviting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management experience. Shifts include day, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task; creative thinking; maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction; trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to place items quickly on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties: cash, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
