Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout for every guest.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and overall store recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
