Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to speed floor replenishment.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure orderly handoffs.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and organizing the stock room.
