Job summary

Five Below Monroe is seeking a Support Lead for a part-time role in Monroe, GA. You will oversee daily store operations, train crew, and ensure top-notch customer service. The position requires at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks.
