Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a part-time Support Lead at our Fishtown location in Philadelphia, PA. This role trains crew on the BEST customer service experience, oversees daily duties of store associates, and acts as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations, security, and exceptional guest service.

The position requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts and physically active work. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong verbal and written

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring customer service quality
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash security, alarms
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing decisions
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery
• Perform store maintenance tasks as needed
