Five Below is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead for Elverson, PA. This part-time role focuses on leading crew members, delivering the Five Below experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced discount retail environment.

You will train associates, oversee checkout, assist with stock and merchandising, and support management during peak seasons. The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Train crew on customer service and ensure fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations.
• Open or close the store as required, including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Help drive sales through merchandising and guest service improvements.
