Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in directing front-end operations and sales associates. You will model leadership, deliver results during shifts, and drive key performance indicators while upholding Five Below’s values in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities include ensuring a fast, friendly checkout, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness, inventory, and store standards. Prior experience in management is preferred.

Qualifications
