Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager in directing front-end operations and sales efforts. You will focus on delivering wow customer service, maintaining a clean, efficient checkout, and mentoring team members to hit performance goals.

The role requires leading by example, handling cashier duties, opening/closing procedures, and supporting payroll and scheduling within store guidelines. This is an hourly, front-line leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and service.
• Lead Front End Operations and assist with store oversight.
• Train staff on high-level customer service principles.
• Maintain fast, friendly checkout and overall store cleanliness.
• Open and close store procedures and assist in payroll/ scheduling as needed.
• Drive sales and monitor key performance indicators.
