Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact and leadership.
• Lead Front End Operations and cash handling accuracy.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise associates.
• Drive store sales and monitor key metrics like CSAT and expenses.
• Coach, train, and develop all Associates and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with supervisors/corporate on store issues.
