Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and training staff.

• Ability to manage opening/closing procedures and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Onboard and train associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
