Job summary

Five Below in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a Support Lead for a part-time role. You will supervise store crew, train staff on the BEST customer service standards, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for guests.

You will also assist with opening/closing, cash handling, stock organization, and daily store operations while delivering friendly, energetic service in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
