Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will supervise crew, train associates, and ensure the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelving on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open/close procedures including securing cash, locking doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
