Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high service standards.
• Receives, unpacks, and arranges new stock on the sales floor for quick deployment.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations and staffing.
• Manages opening/closing duties including securing cash, doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Maintains store appearance and stock room organization.
