Job summary

Belk in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring new merchandise is customer ready.

You will perform outbound merchandise activities, support facilities maintenance, keep back-of-house organized, and work closely with the merchandising team to place and sign product on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to achieve store goals.

• Own assigned tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and tech comfort.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department.
• Process, remove packaging, and hang items for sales floor readiness.
• Apply sensors, manage RFID tasks, and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks including lighting, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Support merchandising and store fulfillment with floor sets and promotions.
• Replenish supplies and keep back-of-house organized and clean.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, and store events to help execution.
• Engage customers to enhance their in-store experience during peak times.
