Job summary

Belk is seeking an enthusiastic Support Flex Associate in Gallatin, TN to help drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. The role involves processing inbound truck deliveries, making merchandise ready for sale, and supporting floor sets and inventory tasks.

You will work with merchandising teams to ensure product availability, assist with pricing and promotions, and help keep the store clean and organized while maintaining asset protection and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries, separate by department, and prepare items for sales floor.
• Perform sensor tag application, transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks including lighting, maintenance, and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Support merchandising and store fulfillment with floor sets, pricing changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain daily standards by replenishing supplies, organizing back stock, and keeping tools and equipment stored properly.
