Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe we are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise for proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure timely merchandising of new products.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers accurately.
• Handle visual materials and signage promptly and store stockroom hardware properly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage.
• Support boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstration.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
