Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately.
  • Process visual materials, store hardware, and signage promptly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
  • Customer Experience

    Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

    Teamwork and Growth

    Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach, seek personal development opportunities, and solicit feedback. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may vary across brands.

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
    • Must be 18 or older.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability to company technology.
    • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
    • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
    • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
    • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; headset communication preferred.
    • Regular attendance and flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
    Physical Requirements
    • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. during 1-33% of shift.
    • Frequent climbing during 34-66% of shift.
