Position Overview

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence
  2. Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment for the sales floor. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  3. Ensure timely merchandising and representation of new products.
  4. Accurately enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and handle store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  5. Manage visual materials, props, signage, and stockroom hardware.
  6. Participate in pricing updates and markdowns.
  7. Alert management to cash supply needs.
  8. Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
  9. Support boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience

Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Development

Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and seek personal growth opportunities, including feedback.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Adaptability to company technology
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift
  • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus
  • Effective communication via headset with customers and team
  • Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical Requirements
    • Constant walking and standing (67-100% of shift)
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%)
    • Frequent climbing (34-66%)
