Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain - Distribution & Logistics to lead large, complex client engagements across the US. The role focuses on supply chain design, distribution optimization, and transformation initiatives for PE clients.

You will analyze network costs, inventory flows, and 3PL considerations while partnering with PE leadership to deliver measurable EBITDA improvements. Open to all U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral, and analytical skills.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured project management capabilities across time, team, and work streams.
• Ability to take initiative, drive results, and think critically.
• Proven track record delivering time‑sensitive projects with quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements with Private Equity leadership.
• Assess supply chain opportunities and design actionable improvement plans.
• Analyze network design, costs, and inventory flows across networks.
• Conduct sourcing events for transportation and warehousing; engage 3PLs as needed.
• Develop transformation plans and implementation roadmaps with benefits estimates.
• Oversee deliverables and manage day‑to‑day client relationships.
