Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United States is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain - Distribution & Logistics to lead large, complex engagements across manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution. You will work closely with Private Equity leadership to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement changes that improve EBITDA and cash flow.

The role requires deep functional expertise in network optimization, 3PL sourcing, inventory planning, and transportation and warehousing.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of combined consulting and industry experience.
• Deep expertise in distribution and logistics network optimization.
• Experience with 3PL sourcing and transportation and warehousing.
• Experience modeling supply chains using software tools like Llamasoft.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements with PE leadership.
• Assess and design supply chain strategies to meet growth and EBITDA goals.
• Analyze network design, inventory flows, and distribution costs.
• Develop transformation plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and client relationships.
