Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement seeks a Manager, Supply Chain - Distribution & Logistics to lead and deliver large, complex engagements for PE portfolio companies across the United States. You will analyze supply chains, identify opportunities, and design actionable roadmaps.

Work with Private Equity leadership to drive transformation, implement transportation and warehousing improvements, and manage teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of combined consulting and industry operating experience.
• Deep functional expertise in distribution and logistics network optimization, transportation and warehouse sourcing.
• Experience in leading or modeling supply chains using software support tools like LLamasoft.
• Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements for PE portfolio companies.
• Analyze supply chain networks, determine opportunities, and design optimization strategies.
• Develop high‑level plans and roadmaps to improve transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
