Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain - Distribution & Logistics to lead large, complex engagements across the US. The role focuses on transforming supply chains for private equity portfolio companies, including strategic sourcing, logistics, and inventory optimization.

You will develop and implement high‑impact plans, guide teams, and collaborate with PE leadership to deliver measurable EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical abilities demonstrated in complex engagements.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑workstream projects with clients and leadership.
• Experience applying supply chain concepts to transformation programs.
• Travel flexibility to support client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements with PE leadership to design and implement improvements.
• Analyze supply chain networks, costs, and inventory to identify value opportunities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and quantify benefits for transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Oversee delivery quality and manage day‑to‑day client relationships.
