Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Training Manager to oversee onboarding and training for new Selectors and Drivers in a distribution environment. You will coach trainer teams, facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, and drive 90-day ramp-up metrics across productivity, safety, and retention.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze training data to drive improvements in learning programs and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of training/facilitation experience.
• One year experience overseeing a workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution of warehouse training for new hires during first 90 days.
• Leads a team of Trainers and New Hires through onboarding.
• Conducts classroom and on-the-job training when trainers are unavailable.
• Provides actionable performance feedback to trainers and new hires.
• Tracks performance milestones and compliance with safety and productivity standards.
