Job summary

Target is seeking a Training Specialist to enable the growth of our expanding supply chain network by providing an exceptional onboarding experience and fostering a culture of learning, development, standardization, and teamwork in the Distribution Center. You will work with the Training Operations Manager to ensure training content is implemented consistently for new and tenured team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Warehouse Operations experience; training experience preferred, including using training materials and playbooks to train new and tenured employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding materials and logistics; facilitate onboarding trainings.
• Ensure all new hires complete onboarding moments.
• Set up training spaces for varying group sizes of new hires and current team members.
• Communicate staffing numbers and timelines to key parties.
• Build relationships with team members to support onboarding and retention.
• Assist with administrative tasks that support core training programs.
