Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Training Manager to oversee onboarding and training for Selectors and Drivers, focusing on the first 90 days. You will mentor trainers, coordinate classroom and on-the-floor sessions, and analyze performance data to improve safety, productivity, and retention.

The role requires 2+ years in training/facilitation and at least 1 year of supervising a team in a warehouse setting, with opportunities to influence training strategies and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years training/facilitation experience in a warehouse or supply chain setting.
• Minimum of one year overseeing a workforce.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment preferred.
• PIT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Owns all warehouse training (classroom and floor) for new hires during onboarding.
• Leads a training team through a multi-week onboarding period with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinates all onboarding and training activities including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provides actionable coaching and feedback in classroom and on the floor.
• Mentors new hires to drive engagement and retention through onboarding.
