Job summary

Target is seeking a Training Specialist to enable the growth of our expanding supply chain network by delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for new team members and fostering a culture of learning and teamwork in the Distribution Center.

You will work with the Training Operations Manager to ensure training content is effectively implemented for both new and tenured team members, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Warehouse Operations experience preferred.
• Employee training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding materials and logistics; facilitate and deliver onboarding trainings.
• Ensure all team members complete new hire onboarding moments.
• Set up and maintain training spaces for trainings of varying group sizes.
• Communicate staffing numbers and timelines to key parties in the building.
• Assist with administrative tasks supporting core training programs and reports.
• Lead site in completing compliance training and re-certifications.
