Job summary

Acuity Inc. offers the BUILD program, a two-year rotational experience for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience across supply chain functions in Atlanta, with on-site and flexible rotation arrangements.

The program seeks curious, adaptable individuals with strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills, who are willing to travel up to 30% and participate in mentorship and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Interest in sourcing or procurement; related coursework, projects, or internship experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Procurement on-site at the assigned Acuity location.
• Sourcing Leader rotation with travel as needed.
• Junior Category Leader rotation with travel as needed.
• Exposure to Transportation Sourcing, New Product Introduction Sourcing, Supplier Development and Sourcing Center for Excellence.
