Acuity Inc. in Atlanta is launching the Specialist Supply Chain Sourcing BUILD Leadership Program, a two-year rotation designed to build future leadership in procurement.

The program includes six-month rotations across Procurement, Sourcing Leader and Junior Category Leader roles, with travel and flexible on-site expectations. The program targets early-career talent with a passion for sourcing, collaboration, and continuous improvement, offering mentorship, networking, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Interest in sourcing or procurement; coursework, projects, or internship experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders and suppliers.
• Interest in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, cost management, and material productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; data-analysis or supply-chain tools preferred.
• Availability to travel up to 30%.
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, or processes.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to take initiative and ownership.
• Internship experience and/or less than two years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across functional areas with on-site and travel-based assignments.
• Engage in Procurement, Sourcing Leader and Junior Category Leader rotations.
• Support transportation sourcing and New Product Introduction sourcing initiatives.
