Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence; coursework, projects, or internship experience preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate data and identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Leadership experience influencing change is highly preferred.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with initiative.
• Travel availability up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Distribution Planning (on-site/travel as needed).
• BSF Engineering & Continuous Improvement (on-site at an Acuity facility).
• Focused Factory (on-site at an Acuity facility).
• Exposure to Trade Compliance Operations and Customer Experience.
