Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals across Supply Chain. Participants rotate every six months to build business acumen, skills, and professional growth.

Based in Atlanta, GA, the program emphasizes hands-on manufacturing experience, mentorship from a Supply Chain leader, and opportunities to collaborate across functions while reporting to the office daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Interest in operations career path and willingness to work on site in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across functional areas to work on projects with experienced colleagues.
• Contribute to Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and focused factory efforts.
• Engage in diverse exposure areas such as Quality and Network Strategy.
