Participants rotate every six months across functions, building business acumen, technical skills, and leadership capabilities, with mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering or supply chain field.
• Interest in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through functional areas to work on projects with experienced colleagues.
• Contribute to distribution planning and on-site operations.
