Job summary

Acuity Brands, Inc. is seeking early-career talent for its BUILD Leadership Program. This two-year rotational experience rotates every six months across supply chain disciplines to build business acumen and functional expertise.

The role starts January 11, 2027, in Des Plaines, IL or Conyers, GA, with potential cross-site relocation. Participants are expected to be curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow, demonstrating ownership, collaboration, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience influencing change is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
• Less than two years of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across Supply Chain disciplines.
• Rotate to a different functional area every six months.
• Build business acumen and functional expertise through hands-on projects.
• Engage with mentors and peers to drive learning and performance.
• Contribute to initiatives across distribution, engineering, and operations.
