Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Interest in sourcing or procurement; related coursework, projects, or internship experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, negotiation, project‑management, and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders and suppliers.
• Interest in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, cost management, and material productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; data‑analysis or supply‑chain tools preferred.
• Availability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Specific projects are determined by business needs. Rotations across functional areas are offered.
• Rotation opportunities include Procurement, Sourcing Leader, Junior Category Leader.
• Exposure to Transportation Sourcing and New Product Introduction Sourcing.
