Job summary

ScanSource is seeking a Supply Chain Purchasing Specialist to process drop shipment purchase orders, update ETAs in SAP, and support sales as needed. You will manage open orders, clean parked invoices, and collaborate with suppliers and internal sales teams to ensure timely shipping and accurate invoicing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency; a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred, with SAP

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process assigned supplier(s) hardware, software and subscription/license purchases, orders and returns
• Update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA’s) in SAP on all outstanding purchase orders
• Manage Open Orders to ensure timely shipment and invoicing
• Clean parked/blocked invoices
• Monitor sales pipeline, working directly with the Supplier Business Manager
• Maintain relationship with supplier partner(s)
• Maintain an accessible and responsive relationship with ScanSource sales teams
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
