Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and effectively presents information to leaders, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational activities and support business objectives with leadership and functions.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics, including transportation optimization and warehousing.
• Oversee daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and MTTR.
• Develop policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Lead a team of operations specialists.
