Job summary

You will lead a team of operations specialists, partner with sales, support, and engineering, and drive process improvements while ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong analytics, BI reporting skills, and the ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; effective communicator.
• Flexible working hours to support a global operations organization; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across functions.
• Manage forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Oversee order cycle and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, quality, and NPI teams.
• Monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR to improve performance.
