Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, optimization of transportation networks, and operations research.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support business objectives.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, including transportation optimization and warehouse activities.
• Manage daily fulfillment of customer shipments with Verint’s third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and prioritize for on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
• Regularly evaluate and improve business procedures to meet organizational objectives; drive efficiency.
• Own risk management and decision-making to balance competing priorities; monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Negotiate transportation rates and service terms with vendors and customers; monitor supplier performance.
• Plan and implement improvements to internal and external logistics systems or processes; evaluate new technology.
