Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with self-service BI reporting and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional activities with leadership to drive operations and meet objectives.
• Evaluate performance using data and metrics to identify improvements.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics including transportation optimization and warehousing.
• Oversee daily order fulfillment with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders and optimize inventory.
• Drive process improvements and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Lead relationships with external partners and negotiate terms.
• Create end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
