Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain; 4+ years leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible hours to support a global operations organization.
• Background screening including criminal, OFAC, SS verification and related checks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support business objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation optimization, warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Manage the daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and set priorities for on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Own decisions and risks to execute competing priorities and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships and monitor agreements with external partners/vendors.
• Create policies or procedures for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Plan and/or implement material flow systems to meet production needs.
• Analyze all aspects of logistics to optimize cost, timing and reliability.
• Implement customer-specific reporting or metrics as needed.
• Monitor import/export processes for regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates or services.
• Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve efficiency or sustainability.
• Plan and implement improvements to logistics systems or processes.
• Recommend new or improved technology, such as automated systems.
• Develop risk management programs to ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
• Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical functions for product life cycles including disposal or recycling where applicable.
• Conduct or review environmental audits for logistics activities.
• Lead a team of operations specialists to execute these responsibilities.
