Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations to oversee supply chain management including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

You will lead external partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with BI reporting, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a global operations setting.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years leadership.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with BI reporting.
• Experience optimizing transportation networks and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain operations and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate with planners, production, and procurement to meet orders.
• Oversee 3PL relationships and distribution activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.
• Develop risk management for continuity of supply.
• Manage a team of operations specialists.
