Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Manager of Operations to oversee supply chain management, forecasting, warehousing, inventory, and distribution. You will lead external providers and internal teams, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction while developing policies for end-to-end operations.

The role blends external supply chain leadership with people management, requiring collaboration across procurement, sales, support, quality, and NPI functions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 6+ years in hardware operations & supply chain, with at least 4 years in leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational activities with leadership and business functions.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse activities.
• Oversee daily fulfillment of customer shipments via 3PL providers.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders.
• Identify and implement procedural improvements.
• Manage external partners/vendors and risk mitigation.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain policies and processes.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, ERP, and quality teams.
• Lead a team of operations specialists.
